App Catalog

App Catalog provides the list of installed Harmony Apps. Controller can enable an app and make it available for the Tenants or the current provider. Root admin can only update or delete the App from this section.

For example if a Harmony App (CGN) is successfully added, the CGN app is visible under App Catalog.

Upload an App

Follow the steps to upload a new app from the App Catalog section:

  1. Log in to Harmony Portal as a Super Admin.

  2. Make sure that Controller Scope is selected in scope selector dropdown in top-left of the window.

  3. Click App Catalog.

  4. Click on Upload an App to add a new app to Harmony Controller.

  5. Browse the Harmony App package file to upload from the local repository.

  6. Add the app description and click Next.

Update an App

Follow the steps to update an app from the App Catalog section:

  1. Log in to Harmony Portal as a Super Admin.

  2. Make sure that Controller Scope is seleted in scope selector dropdown in top-left of the window.

  3. Click App Catalog.

  4. Select image_reference and click Update to update an app.

  5. Browse the Harmony App package file to upload from the local repository.

  6. Add the app description and click Update.

  7. Select image_reference and click About for information on the app.

    It displays the name, app version, build number, app documentation URL, author, app description and the app created date.
